1.1 Consultations & Bookings

All new patients are required to undergo a comprehensive Clinical Consultation prior to receiving advanced treatments. A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment. This fee is deductible from the final cost of your treatment.

1.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice: Your booking fee may be transferred to a rescheduled date (one-time grace period).

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice: The booking fee will be forfeited to cover clinical time and overheads.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

1.3 Medical Integrity & Safety

The practitioner (Advanced Clinical Practitioner) reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically unsafe or inappropriate for the patient. Patients are required to provide a full and honest medical history via our pre-screening forms. Failure to disclose medical conditions or medications may result in the immediate cancellation of treatment without a refund of the booking fee.

1.4 Financing & Payments

A minimum spend of £250 is required for financing options (Klarna/Clearpay). All balances must be settled in full at the time of treatment.
